• The cookbook name, if the issue is tied to a specific cookbook
• Your device and app version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 18)
• What happened, and what you expected to happen

Common questions

Do I need an account? No. CookieBookie uses cookbooks instead of personal accounts. You create or join a cookbook with a name and password, and that’s it.

How do I delete my data? Delete a cookbook from Settings by choosing the delete option and entering the cookbook password. This permanently removes the cookbook and everything in it.

I can’t get into my cookbook. Double-check the cookbook name and password with whoever shared it with you. If you’re still stuck, email us and we’ll help you sort it out.
